No. As long as we have access to your pool equipment and gate (if applicable), you don't need to be present. Most of our customers aren't home during their weekly visit and it works seamlessly.
Yes. Routine chemicals used during regular service — chlorine, pH balancers, and other standard treatments — are built into your monthly fee. You'll never receive a surprise chemical charge after a visit.
Every visit includes skimming the surface, brushing walls and steps, vacuuming the pool floor, emptying skimmer and pump baskets, testing and balancing water chemistry, and a visual inspection of your equipment.
Yes. One-time service is available for post-party cleanups, seasonal situations, or getting your pool back on track. Just select "One-time service" when you fill out the request form online.
No long-term contracts required. We earn your business visit by visit. That said, consistent weekly service is what keeps a pool truly healthy — most customers stick around because they see the difference.
We do a visual equipment check every visit. If we spot an issue, we'll contact you right away with a clear explanation and your options. Minor repairs are included in regular service; larger issues are quoted separately with no surprises.
