Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions about our service, pricing, and how it all works.

About the Service

Every visit includes skimming the surface, brushing the walls and steps, vacuuming the pool floor, emptying skimmer and pump baskets, testing and balancing water chemistry, and a visual inspection of your equipment. Nothing is skipped — the same checklist, every time.
No. As long as we have access to your pool area and gate (if applicable), you don't need to be present. Most customers aren't home during their visit and it works seamlessly. We'll reach out if we ever notice something that needs your attention.
We do a visual equipment check every visit. If we notice a problem — a failing pump, a cracked fitting, anything unusual — we'll contact you right away with a clear explanation of what we found and what your options are. Minor repairs are included in regular service. Larger repairs are quoted separately, always with full transparency upfront.
We can handle it. A neglected or green pool may require a one-time cleanup service before starting a regular schedule. We'll assess it when we arrive and let you know exactly what's needed — no surprises.
We primarily service in-ground pools. If you have an above-ground pool, reach out and we'll let you know whether we can accommodate it.
Tristen Rice, the owner, services every pool personally. There are no subcontractors and no rotating crews. You'll always know who is on your property.

Pricing & Contracts

Yes. Routine chemicals used during regular service — chlorine, pH balancers, and other standard treatments — are built into your monthly fee. You will never receive a separate chemical charge after a visit.
No long-term contracts required. We earn your business visit by visit. That said, consistent weekly service is what keeps a pool truly healthy, and most customers stay because they see the results firsthand.
Pricing is based on your pool size, type, and any specific service needs. Submit a service request online and we'll follow up with a quote — usually within one business day. No pressure, no obligation.
Billing details are confirmed when you start service. We keep it simple — one fixed monthly fee, no itemized surprises, due at the start of each service month.

Getting Started

Fill out the service request form online — it takes about two minutes. We'll follow up to confirm details, answer any questions, and get you on the schedule. No phone call required to get the process started.
Typically within a week or two depending on current route availability. We'll give you a clear start date when we follow up after your request.
Yes. One-time service is available for post-party cleanups, seasonal situations, or getting your pool back in shape. Select "One-time service" on the request form and we'll take it from there.

Service Area

We currently run routes in Lakewood Ranch, East Bradenton, and Palmetto, FL. We're expanding regularly as routes fill, so check back if your area isn't listed.
Submit a request anyway. If you're close to one of our existing routes, we may be able to accommodate you now. If not, we'll let you know and keep your info on file as we expand.
